Only slightly bigger than a tennis ball, the PowerBall/Sports Gyrociser is an amazing power ball that works on your movement alone; there are no batteries. Once you have started the Gyrociser spinning, you simply rotate your wrist in either a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction. This creates a gyroscopic force which exercises the muscles just by the power created. By picking up the resistance, you can increase or decrease the speed of the inner ball by muscle control alone. The faster you make the inner ball spin, the more the resistance, and the heavier the Gyrociser feels. This in turn makes you grip harder. You can make the PowerBall/Sports Gyrociser spin at up to 8000rpm.
