I ordered the 65cm ball, but one I got was only 55cm. Both the box and the plastic bag the ball was in , said 65cm. Not only was it the wrong size, but there was no plug to keep the air in.

Buyer beware! I ordered the 75cm but received the 55cm size though it claimed to be 75cm on the packaging. Amazon sent a replacement but though this also claimed to be 75cm on the box it was again only 55cm.
It takes much time and effort to inflate these things with the flimsy pump provided only to find you've been sent the wrong size. Amazon don't seem too concerned about the lack of quality control. I've returned both items and asked for a refund. I'll get a gym ball elsewhere.
