I bought mine 6 wks ago. It was a bit jaw-dropping to put together, which took 2 hours. Since then I've stuck to using it every other day for approx 25 mins. Although I regularly tighten screws & it creaks like Hell (always seems louder when I use it 1st thing) it works well: I've lost 4 lbs (from 13 1/2 stone) look trimmer than that sounds & generally feel more more alert, sleeping better. And it fits neatly into a large cupboard. So if you're looking for a neat, bargain elliptical trainer look no further.

I was very impressed with the delivery service as it came within 48 hours.
When I opened the box, I did panic a bit as I had read reviews that it was difficult to put together. However, once it was all set out it was very straight forward and took less than 1 hour. The end result was better than I expected and it was surprising compact. I have used this nearly every day for the last 2 weeks and have found no problems with it whatsoever. You can definately feel it working when you change the tension and the onboard computer is useful. I would fully recommend this product.

I bought this on Bank Holiday Monday and it was delivered on the Wednesday - in effect next day delivery. From reading the other reviews, I was expecting to have to do a lot of assembly myself. It is true - there are a lot of parts in the box, but the bolts and nuts etc are really well packaged and labelled so there were no problems with that. It took me, without the help of my boyfriend, in the region of 1-1.5 hours to assemble - with no problems.
The overall size was a little bigger than I had anticipated, but it doesn't take up any extra floor space when in use so is great for my little room. It certainly isn't as smooth as the big posh machines you get in the gym (I didn't think it would be!), but it is perfectly adequate for home use. The build quality seems to be good and it is easy to use.
Overall I'd definitely recommend this machine. For the equivalent of 2 months gym membership, I think it's great. However, as I've only had it a day so far, time will be the greatest test. Hopefully it will last a while!

When the product arrived, it was reletively simple to put together and so far has been quite easy to use. I bought it for my partner who is at the top end of the weight limit but he says it feels sturdy and is happy with it. Unfortunately the delivery was poor as Sports HQ sent the first one out but it went "missing in transit" according to them when i chased it up after the delivery date had expired. They sent a replacement on a next day service which was fine but, after DHL tried delivering it on a wednesday when we were not around to accept it, they took it back to the depot without leaving a card to let us know. I phoned them on the friday to find out where it was and they told me it was the sellers responsibility to have told me it was at the depot and to arrange another collection? Stupid policy if you ask me as if they had just left a card, there would not have been an issue. Anyway,the days they then offered to redeliver it were days we would be at work again so my partner and i had to do a 40 mile round trip to pick it up from the depot it was sent to. Overall, i rate the product but the overall service was not good enough.

Not a bad piece of kit for the price. It took around 1hr 15m to assemble and the instructions seem quite comprehensive.

The weight limit is stated as 100kg but I think this should be more like 15st as it starts creaking a bit once I up the pace on the higher setting and i'm just over 15st.

All in all a great buy
